Zion Movement & Breathwork Retreat

A Weekend of Desert Magik!

with Katie Schiffgen & Abbey Daw

October 3rd — 6th, 2024

SOLD OUT!

Everything feels better in the desert….

I’m super excited to be teaming up with my good friend and fellow yoga/breathwork/meditation instructor, Abbey Daw. We have taught alongside one another for over 10 years, attended retreats together… but never co-facilitated one. Now seems like the perfect time! We are STOKED to bring you this accessible weekend retreat for all budgets and all bodies! This “Embodiment” Retreat will include a little bit of yoga, daily meditation, and a little bit of Breathwork. It will include a little bit of adventure and little bit of creativity! It will be a rustic setting where you truly feel at-one with the great outdoors… but a little cozier and warmer than camping! It will be a little bit of everything your heart desires… a weekend full of MAGIK!!!

Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort

Come see why Zion Ponderosa Ranch was awarded one of “America’s Top Six Adventure Resorts.” A full service destination on the East side of Zion National Park that offers lodging, recreation, and dining. Our accommodations allow you to experience the outdoors of Zion National Park like never before. Skip the long lines, the crowded restaurants, and packed hiking trails on the quiet side of Zion. Includes access to pools, hot tub, pond, tennis courts, and more! About 15 minutes the the East Park Entrance or 45 minutes to the Visitors Center.

Moose Lodge

Moose Lodge is a rustic and cozy vacation home. It has a large deck, beautiful views, and is private enough to enjoy some peaceful serenity.... but still within easy walking distance to the amenities of the Ponderosa Ranch Resort. The Moose Lodge has a cozy cabin vibe but please do NOT expect luxury accommodations. It is comfortable, clean, and accessible to every budget depending on what type of room you’d prefer.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION — ALL BATHROOMS ARE SHARED. There is only one private bathroom in the house. There are two large shared restroom facilities, each with two showers and two toilets that everyone in our group will utilize throughout the weekend. These are used by OUR RETREAT GROUP ONLY.
