We are an online school that offers live certification courses in breathwork and yoga from an authentic trauma-informed perspective.
Our mission is not solely to provide quick training and a certificate, but to personally guide you through a transformative self-reflective experience.
Our desire is to help you embody your knowledge which will more fully support you in your life and career as a healing practitioner.

"Body-Connected Breathwork" Facilitator Certification
A 20 week live online certification that includes an optional in-person weekend retreat. Our next training runs March 12 - July 28, 2024.
The cost is $4500 and includes the events and experiences of the weekend retreat (travel and accommodations not include).
