Thailand Wellness Retreat

Discover the Magic of Chiang Mai

November 8 — 15, 2026

Connect deeply with your SELF while connecting with Nature…

Tucked into the emerald rice fields, just outside the old city of Chiang Mai, this retreat is an invitation to slow down and remember who you are.

November in northern Thailand is pure magic — cool mornings wrapped in mist, golden sunsets over the paddies, the scent of frangipani in the air. We’ll practice yoga surrounded by open sky and swaying rice fields, move and breathe in warm tropical air, and let nature recalibrate our nervous systems.

Between practices, wander temple-lined streets, sip fresh coconut water, receive nourishing bodywork, or simply rest in a hammock. This is a week to soften. To reconnect. To immerse yourself in beauty — both around you and within you.

Come practice with me in paradise.

THE VENUE

Mala Dhara Yoga Retreat Center has earthen designed villas in a lux style and setting and located in the heart of the rice fields of Doi Saket, Chiang Mai Thailand. Mala Dhara has two beautiful yoga shalas, organic restaurant and farm, herbal sauna, and salt water pool.

Organic Farm-to-Table Meals: Mala Dhara is a locally owned family run yoga center and organic farm.  It provides all guests with an opportunity to experience nutritious and delicious plant based vegan meals with organically grown rice from Mala Dhara’s very own organic farm. While Mala Dhara is proud to serve vegan plant based meals using their own organically grown rice, they take it one step further to create unique flavors, fusion dishes, raw desserts, kiffir waters and more.

Great location: Just 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai International Airport, 10 minutes from the local natural Hot Springs, and right in the heart of idyllic nature, mountains, and rice fields of Thailand.

Devoted to the practices of Yoga: Mala Dhara Chiang Mai Yoga Retreat Center was born with deep local roots in what is now the flourishing and internationally recognized Chiang Mai Yoga Community in Northern Thailand. First opened nearly 6 years ago, the vision for Mala Dhara was first conceived by – and draws inspiration from – the small but diverse groups of local yogis practicing in Chiang Mai, Thailand over a decade ago.  Out of this welcoming and diverse group – with many styles, nationalities and approaches on their particular path of yoga – grew the roots of the vision for Mala Dhara.

This will be a dynamic and energetic class and will require a basic knowledge of the physical postures... however, plenty of modifications will be given and there is ALWAYS room to listen to your own body and take it at your own pace. The other practice will be gentle and more restorative. We will also be practicing different Somatic modalities such as TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Breathwork.

Meditation will be held each morning for about 30 minutes.
