Nestled on the lush Pacific coast of Nayarit, San Pancho (officially named San Francisco) is a vibrant little beach town where the jungle meets the sea — and where time seems to slow down just enough for you to breathe a little deeper!

January is my favorite time of year to getaway to somewhere COASTAL and WARM! And Mexico is so accessible with many direct flights available through Delta. Whatever your reasoning, I hope you’ll throw caution to the wind and join me for a soul-nourishing retreat in this magical place. Each day will begin with meditation and yoga and a delicious breakfast made by our own private chef. We’ll move, breathe, and drop into presence together, surrounded by the natural beauty, the sound of waves and birdsong, and the warmth of coastal Mexico.

Between scheduled activities, you’ll have plenty of time to explore: catch some waves or wander the colorful cobblestone streets; indulge in fresh ceviche and handmade tortillas, or relax under a palm tree with a smoothie in hand. San Pancho is known for its creative energy and strong community spirit—you’ll find live music, street art around every corner, and local artisans sharing their craft.

We’ll also gather for intimate moments of connection, including our own private live music, beach sunsets, and delicious shared meals. Our time together will also include a whale watching tour which is always a good time!

THE VENUE: Casa Flor de la Vida

Casa Flor de la Vida is located in the exclusive residential Las Olas in San Francisco, Nayarit or locally known as San Pancho. The impressive Villa is surrounded by the flora and fauna of the region.

The Space

With breathtaking ocean and mountain views, beach-style architecture and Mexican interior design, it is the perfect combination of security, comfort, luxury and nature for family vacations, friends reunions and retreats. The villas feature large windows that flood the rooms with natural light and the beach breeze is the best complement to the peaceful ambiance.

Each room has spacious bathrooms, closets and king or single size beds, sitting areas and air conditioning, as well as terrace with chairs and tables to showcase the magnificent views from sunrise to sunset.

In the garden area there is a yoga shala where we will have our daily practice.
